Share your property address, the rooms you want to remodel and the changes that matter most. Photos and existing plans help us prepare for a property visit. We serve Broward and Miami-Dade, with selected projects in Palm Beach County.
We review measurements, existing conditions and your priorities. The proposal identifies included work, materials, owner-supplied products, exclusions and payment milestones. Drawings, permit coordination and fees are included only where stated in the agreement.
For kitchens, the detail stage covers the layout, exact measurements, cabinet colors, storage, countertops and appliance specifications. Allow approximately one week for a straightforward detail stage after signing, subject to decisions and revisions. Cabinets are ordered after final approval. Keep approved plans and selections in writing.
We establish the construction sequence around the scope, required approvals, materials and property access. Condo owners should provide building rules, elevator arrangements and renovation submission requirements early.
A straightforward kitchen installation may take approximately 14–21 days once the project is ready for construction. Design, approvals and material lead times are separate; larger renovations need a project-specific schedule.
We communicate about upcoming stages and decisions. If concealed conditions or requested changes affect the work, the additional scope, price and schedule impact are documented in a change order before proceeding.
We review the agreed work together and record any final adjustments. Our standard remodeling agreement includes a one-year labor warranty, subject to its coverage and exclusions. Manufacturer warranties and owner-supplied products are handled separately.
