What Affects a Bathroom Remodel Budget?
A cosmetic refresh and a full shower rebuild involve very different work. Waterproofing, substrate repairs, plumbing moves, tile coverage, shower glass and vanity selections all affect the scope. We identify the fixtures you supply and the preparation and installation work included in the proposal.

Planning the Work and Bathroom Access
The work moves through demolition, repairs and rough plumbing or electrical work, waterproofing and required checks, tile installation, then the vanity, fixtures, glass and final adjustments. Material cure times and inspections cannot always be compressed.
