Bathroom Budget and Schedule
Every bathroom is different. We prepare a custom proposal based on your room dimensions, layout, materials and the work you want done. Your project price is confirmed in a written proposal after we review the property, measurements and agreed scope. Waterproofing, substrate repairs, plumbing moves, tile, shower glass and vanity selections affect the proposal. We identify included work, allowances, owner-supplied products and exclusions.
Typical construction takes 10–14 working days on site, depending on scope and property conditions. Planning, ordering, permits and association approvals happen before the on-site construction window.

Our Remodeling Process
- Review the existing room: Discuss the layout, known leaks or moisture concerns, storage and accessibility goals.
- Choose the scope and products: Define the shower or tub, tile, vanity, fixtures and responsibilities for purchasing.
- Plan and coordinate installation: Review relevant approvals, plumbing and electrical work, waterproofing and the sequence of finishes included in the proposal.
- Walk through the work: Review agreed installations and request product care and applicable written warranty information.

Can you replace a tub with a shower?
We can assess that option for your bathroom. Space, drainage, waterproofing, access needs and applicable requirements affect the proposed design.
What if this is the only bathroom in my home?
Tell us at the first conversation. The work sequence and the need for temporary arrangements must be discussed before construction is scheduled.

Who will keep me updated during construction?
Your Project Manager handles sales and communication before work begins. Once construction starts, your Production Manager coordinates the workers, materials and schedule and communicates with you day to day.
What should I have ready before work starts?
Review the written scope, product selections, material availability, access arrangements and any required approvals with your project team. Share any condo or HOA renovation guidelines before scheduling construction.
